Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The first step is to take photos of the damaged item and send them to CreativeTables@Outlook.com, and advise whether you wish to receive an exchange or a refund.  We will contact you back by email to discuss the next step. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage during the return. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3  days. If you are approved for an exchange, a new item will be shipped within 3 days if available in stock.  If a new item must be created, the process takes about 2 weeks before the item can be made and cured sufficiently for shipping. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your item, you should mail it to Creative Tables, 6220 Mountain Brook Ln., Sandy Springs, GA 30328.  Note: UPS is often a less expensive option than USPS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but is usually within 3 business days from time of shipping.
